The house was in need of repairs after ten years of rental. All of us in the family live on the west coast and Erin arranged for repairs such as a new heat pump, electrical panel and exterior upgrades. My brother in law, who lives in eastern PA, spear-headed some of the work. So there was a lot of coordination involved. Finally, the house was brought to market and sold quickly.
